The Apex Committee functions as the Board of Management of the Rotary-SCB Schools Trust and has overall responsibility for the administration of the project.

The initial focus of the Committee will be to liaise with local and overseas partners, present proposals and secure funding for the project.

The Committee will also link with the Implementation Committee to ensure progress of the project according to agreed timelines.

A key aspect of the project will be total transparency and accountability. All vital information will be carried on the Rotary Website on a regular basis. This information will include details of all Sponsors, monies received, agreements signed with external partners and regular progress reports on every single school.
