Work progressing well. All bldgs roof cover 100% complete. Block work for walls -100% completed.

15th Mar 2006:
Work continues smoothly and at a good pace. All bldgs roof cover and block work for walls -75% completed.

28th Feb 2006:
Project Engineer visited site on 28th Feb. Work is progressing very well. Steel structure erection complete. Blk work for superstructure done. Roof sheets stockpiled at site.

15th Feb 2006:
Work continues to progress at a satisfactory rate despite the difficult location. Project Engineer will visit site on 27th Feb for inspection.

31st Jan 2006:
Work progressing very well and at a good pace. Steel structure is being erected. Project Consultant vwill visit site again in Mid Feb for inspection.

15th Jan 2006:
Construction continues at a good pace. Project Consultant visited the site on 4th January and was pleased with the work completed despite the difficult conditions.

31st Dec 2005:
Reports from site indicate that work is progressing at a reasonable pace with a small workforce. Project Consultant will visit site on 4th Jan 2006 to review the work.

15th Dec 2005:
Work continues at a reasonable pace. Project Engineer will visit site in first week of January for evaluation of work.

30th Nov 2005:
Construction work continues at reasonable pace. Overall 30% of work complete in all areas.

15th Nov 2005:
Construction work progressing well and on schedule. Foundations complete in all blocks. Few changes included in layout plan.

31st Oct 2005:
Work is progressing well and at a good pace. Foundations in Admin, Music and Classroom blocks almost complete.

15th Oct 2005:
Full workforce mobilised at site and construction work is now in progress.

30th Sep 2005:
Construction work delayed unexpectedly as approval had to be sought from other political party. Intend to commence by mid October.

15th Sep 2005:
Modified design incorporating MoE's recommendations. Work slightly delayed due to this. Expect to lay foundation stone by end Sep.

31 August 2005:
Work on construction delayed slightly as Contractor had to modify some parts of the design. Expect to commence work by 15th September.

15 August 2005:
Paperwork approved and contract awarded. Expect construction work to begin by 25th August.

31 July 2005:
Award of contract delayed. Expect Foundation laying and construction work to begin by mid August.

15 July 2005:
All paperwork has been completed and award to be made shortly. Expect Foundation laying by 31 July.

30 June 2005:
Await final drawings/estimate from architect/contractor. Expect to award contract in mid July.

21 April 2005:
Preliminary designs and estimates have been forwarded to the Apex Committee for evaluation and award of contract.

7 Feb 2005:
Work has begun to clean out school premises and make preliminary inspections.
Expect to have initial estimates and BOQ’s in hand by last week February.
